Nowadays the fashion may be more blase with more flesh on display than ever. But when, I ask, did underwear cease to be 'under' anything?
You can't seem to go anywhere without without seeing bras boldly poking from beneath strappy tops or low cut necklines.
Or the many coloured pants that poke their ugly heads over the top of the ever receding waist bands of today's youth.
What is the cause of this rather alarming trend? Are people so proud of their underwear that they cant help but have it on show or is the credit crunch causing our clothes to shrink to catastrophically small sizes?
Thongs are a prime example of this. Apparently we are now all so poor that owning an entire pair of pants is out of the question. We have to resort to stealing from the Dairylea factory to cover (or not so cover as the case may be) our behinds.
When will people realise that cheese strings do not constitute underwear!
just please please some one realise, I don't want to see your underwear no matter how pretty or grey or badly in need of a wash it is.
So put it away!!
